Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.

Please allow extra processing time during sales events and holidays. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery estimates are counted from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates.

International Shipping

STTACY ships internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, though customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your country's regulations and are not included in our prices. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sttacy.shop within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
