We want every STTACY customer to love what they ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, downloadable digital products, and items marked as final sale.
How to Request a Return
Send an email to support@sttacy.shop including your order number and the reason for your return request. A member of our team will get back to you 1–2 business days.
Refunds
When your returned item arrives at our facility, we will inspect it and email you the outcome. If the return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds that do not appear within 7–10 business days may be delayed by your bank or card issuer. Please verify with them first, then contact us at support@sttacy.shop if the issue remains unresolved.
Exchanges
If your item arrived in a damaged or defective condition, we will gladly exchange it. Send us an email at support@sttacy.shop within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method for orders over $100. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Email support@sttacy.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
